Emily began her yoga journey whilst travelling through South East Asia. As well as yoga keeping her fit and healthy as she travelled she began to find a deeper spiritual connection to the practice.
Emily gained her invaluable knowledge in Mysore, India, the hub of yoga and gained her teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa under the guidance of Sir Praveen Somu and Any Kumar. She also travelled to Rishikesh and Delhi to take classes and develop her teaching styles in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative yoga.
