PRIVATE CLASSES

Private classes are a great way if you have only just begun your yoga experience. This 1-1 approach means you will get the undivided attention of the teacher, on-going adjustments and learn about yoga along the way. It is also great to be able get an original programme tailor made to your needs to get what you want from your yoga experience.

You can also have your private class  with a friend, partner or family member which is a lovely way to connect to your practice as well as your loved one. Private classes are completely inclusive so any ability or age will benefit form the class.

To give you the most comfort we will come to your home so you can be in your own space feeling relaxed and comfortable. If its a nice day we will always cater to taking the practice outside and if needed we can use a studio space in the Bucks area.

Private classes are also a lovely gift for Christmas and birthdays. The Open Shala will make your specially made gift card and can work with any theme you may like for your loved one.

Yoga is a great way to build community, stretch and tone the body letting you relax and unwind after a long day of work. The Open Shala can make a programme to give your company all the benefits yoga has to offer.

YOGA AT YOUR DESK This 20 to 45 minute class is given at your desk! The class will start with a small breathing and relaxation technique and show you poses to do throughout your day to keep your body stress and pain free. It will also finish with a head massage to make your feel completely relaxed and refreshed.

FULL YOGA PRACTICE This one hour class can be at any time in the working day or after work. The class will be tailor made for your company needs 

YOGA IN SCHOOLS Both children and teachers yoga would be within a school day or straight after school. Children's yoga has many benefits and a great way to build self acceptance and acceptance of others. Teachers yoga is usually performed straight after school to give the staff some down time. this class is usualy a gentle flow to give full restoration to body and mind.
