Ashtanga Yoga is one of the most traditional yoga practices originating from India also known as the origninal 'power yoga'. The Ashtanga Primary series is a set sequence of postures starting with sun salutations, standing postures, sitting postures and inversions. The sequence involes four elements .

FLOW YOGA
Flow yoga is a class which continuously moves through poses with an on going theme or affirmation running through the class. A flow class can be fast paced and strong or it can be gentle or restorative. There is also a deep awareness of breath through out the class as you move between each pose.

YIN YOGA
Yin yoga or restorative is a passive style of yoga that allows for gentle stressing of connective tissues and deep relaxation. In this class we will hold the poses from 2.5 -to 5 minutes with the support of props to allow time for the nervous system to calm down and find the space and patient to fully rest.
