YOGA FOR FULL BODY STRENGTH AND STRETCH

Start your hour with me as I introduce you to the standing sequence of the Ashtanga Series. The sequence gives strength to each part of the body through a deep breathing and focus meditation. Then allow yourself to stretch out as Issy guides you through Yin Yoga to stretch the whole body Yin is a sequence of passive stretches to both joints and muscles. Chai Tea After!
