Learn the full primary ashtanga series! As we go through the poses I will explain the benefits of the pose with variations to suit each body.
12.30-1pm
A break to catch up and have some delish vegan treats and tea!
1-2.30pm
A practise designed to calm down the nervous system using breathing techniques yoga - ending with a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
