MONDAY 6-7PM // YIN YOGA // NEW FIELD PLACE, MARLOW
Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga with mainly passive stretches, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine. Pose can be held from 2-5 minutes and helps to apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

WEDNESDAY 6-7PM // ASHTANGA YOGA // COOPERS COFFEE, MARLOW
Ashtanga Yoga is a set sequence of movements to strengthen and stretch the body. The practice works with the idea of a Tristana - the breath, postures and focus.
This class will work through the standing and finishing sequence of ashtanga

This class will have a mixture of meditation, postures, breath work and relaxation depending on the theme of the class. The class will have many modifications to suit your needs and a chance to bring mindfulness to the mat as well as the physical practice of yoga.
