Ashtanga Immersion
Join me for a morning to move through the Ashtanga Primary Series. We will also discuss some of the philosophy of the 8 limbs of yoga plus look at modifications of poses to makes it beneficial for your body.
After the class we will have a short tea and cake break and come back to the mat for a restorative yin practice. I will guide you through calming breath exercises, poses and live sound to arrive into a deep relaxation called Yoga Nidra.
