Join Emily for a sound meditation journeys with the sacred sound with Aum

We will begin by understanding the significance of Aum and learn to chant the sound together. We will then move into Vedic mantra, chanting simple prayers in the Sanskrit language. From here we will move into Kirtan, a call and response musical meditation.

You don’t need to be a good singer or have any religion to join this class, it is simply a chance to experience the benefits and peace of chanting and mantra, all beginning form the sacred sound of Aum…

So bring a cushion, a cuppa, get comfy and lets journey together….
